Indian Member Elected as Regional Vice President

Uday Chitale of DFK's Mumbai member firm, M.P. Chitale & Co., was installed as the new Vice
President at the recent DFK Asia Pacific members' conference held in Kuala Lumpur. The conference
was attended by 52 partners representing almost all the member firms in the region.
He succeeds Jerry Lee of Ng. Lee & Associates - DFK, Singapore, who stood down after leading the
region for the past 15 years. He will be supported in this role by an Executive Committee comprising
members from Australia, India, Korea and Malaysia.
As well as being Senior Partner of his firm, Uday Chitale has served on expert committees of various
organisations including the Securities & Exchange Board of India, the Reserve Bank of India and the
Insurance Regulatory & Development Authority.
He is also the Founder director of the Indian Council for Dispute Resolution.
